Returns & Exchange Policy

At Dutton Legends, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t fit or arrives damaged, we’ll do our best to make it right.

General Return Guidelines

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged

Yes, Dutton Legends proudly offers custom hat orders from Pro Hats celebrated for its craftsmanship and legacy in Western hatmaking.

To begin your custom order, please email us at duttonlegends@gmail.com with the following details:

Color preference
Brim size: Choose between 4" or 4 ¼"
Crown shape: Select from Open Crown, Mimick, or Regular
Hat size you require
Price stays the same.

Once we receive your specifications, we will include your request in our next Pro Hat production run. Each hat is handcrafted with precision and care by the experts at Pro Hat Company, ensuring a product that reflects tradition, quality, and timeless style.

After your order is placed, Nikki will follow up with your estimated delivery timeline and confirm all order details.

Standard Shipping

Delivery time: 3–9 business days
Orders are typically packaged Monday through Friday
Orders may be packed on weekends and dropped off at carrier locations, but most carriers do not pick up on weekends—please expect your shipment to move during business days.
Orders are shipped out within 1–24 hours of being placed.

Express & International Shipping

Additional fees apply only to express shipments, including international express options
Shipping upgrades and rates are available at checkout
