Returns & Exchanges

At Dutton Legends, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t fit or arrives damaged, we’ll do our best to make it right.

General Return Guidelines

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer size exchanges on hats within 14 days of delivery. If the item doesn’t fit, please refer to our size guide for alternative options before requesting an exchange.

  • If you received a damaged hat, please email duttonlegends@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you.

  • Customers are responsible for return costs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the damage to duttonlegends@gmail.com. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


Exchange Shipping

To process an exchange:

  • You must first ship the item you wish to exchange.

  • Your new item will ship once we receive carrier confirmation that your return is in transit.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping labels and may be charged an additional exchange fee to cover shipping costs.

Return Confirmation & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email to the address provided on your original order. If a refund is due, it will be noted in your email and typically appears on your credit card within 10 business days, or by your next statement.

Please allow 1–3 weeks for your return to be fully processed. This includes transit time, warehouse inspection, and credit processing.
