Order Protection and Replacement Policy

We’re here to help if your order arrives damaged, goes missing, or isn’t quite right. Our goal is to make things right—quickly and clearly.

1. Wrong Size, Colour, or Item?
If your order isn’t what you expected, let us know right away so we can fix it as soon as possible.
What to do:

  • Email us at duttonlegends@gmail.com.
    • Your full name.
    • Contact info.
    • Order number.
    • A photo of the item you received.

Once we review your message, we’ll send you a return label and get the correct hat on its way to you ASAP.

2. Item Arrived Damaged?
This is rare—but if it happens, we’ve got you covered.
What to do:

  • Email us at duttonlegends@gmail.com
    • Your full name
    • Contact info
    • Order number
    • Photos of: 
      • The shipping label.
      • The outside of the box.
      • The product inside the box.
      • The damaged item itself.

These photos help us file an insurance claim and get your replacement shipped out. Prefer store credit instead? Just let us know.
If your item is out of stock, we’ll either order it in or offer alternatives in your size.


3. Package Lost in Transit?
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carriers. If it goes missing, we’ll help track it down.

  • Order number.
  • The best way to contact you

We’ll reach out to the carrier and investigate. You can also check the shipping label to see which carrier was used and contact them directly for an update.
